I was in line at Smith’s with a young couple with children in front of me. The clerk told them their total. She had a look on her face with worry. She asked the clerk if she could take some items off the total. While she was thinking about what to take off, I handed the envelope to her. I explained the meaning of the envelope to her. She was so happy that she hugged me and thanked me.
