For over 10 years I have been a part of the Juntos family. This is a program that assists kids around the neighborhood. Juntos is a program based in the war zone, it is a Christian based program. Throughout the year they will provide meals and activities for the kids every Monday. In the summer they do a Juntos Kids Club for a week, where we do different activities each day; swimming, art and crafts, baking, painting, watching movies etc. 

Each year Laura (Juntos Administrator) and I will meet up and chose a different family that could use the help. This year we chose a single mother, who has 3 children of her own. Recently her sister passed away, and she took in her 2 nephews. She would definitely need the assistance. I will have the opportunity to meet the whole family at the Juntos Christmas Party. I cannot wait!
